I agree 100% to that I wish they would choke on that thing.. And I'm a Nsh fan..

The Tootoo fan –in Nashville who always blows that annoying horn when Jordan Tootoo has the puck. I would hate to have to sit near that for a full game. Welcome to the pretenders list.

I stopped reading after the funny headline. "Strong effort from the Sharks". Did you watch the game? Hear TMac's end of game comments? If that was a strong effort, this Sharks team is in worse shape then I thought. Wow............

A team getting blown out by 4 goals gave a good effort? WOW what defines effort these days?

Absolutely horrible first period effort. An okay 2nd period and an ok 3rd period. But this team needs a heart transplant, a goalie, a top 6 forward, and a shut down defense man before we are going to do anything (if) we make the playoffs. Doug Wilson has a lot of work to do in the next 36 hours or so. But again we are talking Doug Wilson. While I would hope for a few good moves, I expect nothing of value being done by the General Manager. I am waiting to hear all his excuses as to why he could not get the job done.

I would do the Nash deal, I would trade Pavelski, a defenseman, a prospect and a draft pick if need be for Nash.

I would trade Niitty for a draft pick

I would then turn around and trade that pick for Josh Harding, or Khabibulin. Or I would take Mason in the Nash deal.

Then I put in a waiver claim for Grant Clitsome and while he is nowhere near a shutdown defenseman, if you claim him, you waive Colin White's sorry a**.

a strong effort in a 6-2 loss..... kinda an oxymoron. neimi is playing like a steaming pile! Griess was definitely not any better! this ship needs to be righted and quickly or the sharks will crawl into the playoffs with little to no momentum.

i would totally take mason at this point, move nitty for anything, Nash would be amazing.... this is columbus so maybe they will take White, Pavs, a prospect or two and a couple draft picks for nash, and mason

It's pretty disgusting now. Goaltending is a big problem and I think leadership is the other. We need someone that's capable of righting the ship ASAP. Nash won't cure our woes but this is where Rob Blake really helped the team a few years back. He held guys accountable and wouldn't have let 2 goals get to this team. Ryan Smyth might be the only guy out there (that's available) that could help the leadership situation. I also think it would be good to bring Nitty back in and let him play some games as the #1.

Agreed on all accounts. (Of course that is assuming Columbus would make that deal!) And I'd outright waive White at this stage. (Gotta give credit where credit is due...before the season started when Wilson first acquired White you mentioned how bad he was - unfortunately, you were spot on with that assessment!)

At this stage they either should bring Nitty back up, or give Sexsmith or possibly Stalock a couple of starts. Niemi and Griess (who has never impressed me) really aren't getting the job done.

I have not understood all season why White has been in over Vandermeer.

Niemi needs to sit for 3-4 games. Let Greiss play. It can't be worse.

We look like Chicago. Lots of high end guys but a non existent back six, inconsistent goaltending, and a third d pair that makes me want to look away when they are on the ice.

The only fix is Niemi has to be better. No trade will help us.

No trolling, but I said a while back that this is the most overrated 'good team' in hockey and dont see any way they make it out of the first round this year. Nothing I have seen since has done anything to change my mind.

Correction: this is the best sharks team that only first year fans have witnessed.

As for you Mr. King. You'll be lucky enough to make it In the playoffs. You changed coaches but the team still ain't listening. And quick, who I believe is the best goalie in the game can't keep this up for much longer.

I'd say this year they are the most UNDERRATED.

NOBODY is talking about them, but they are still sitting at the top of the division, despite some rough patches.

That is true, we have now lost the division lead. Hopefully things get better when they get home. 2-6-1 is pretty rough for a road trip.
